If you have a hard deadline please do discuss it with me first. (Keep in mind there will be an additional cost for rushed work which can be discussed).

Everything will be paid through Paypal. Wire transfers can be discussed for corporate clients.

Only participate in transaction with me if you are over 18 and have the ability to pay on your own (have your own PayPal Account/Credit Card, etc.) I will not issue invoices to another individual other than the client (unless discussed and agreed upon).

Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless it has been discussed before. There are additional charges/royalty for commercial use.

I retain the rights to artist credits and the rights to publishing the art for portfolio and social media.

Reselling the artwork is strictly prohibited.

Please do not claim full credits for the artwork's creation even if you have ownership for the artwork.

Reposting the commissioned artwork is alright as long as properly credited (e.g. linking social media account/s).

Noncommercial and commercial artworks made by me are NOT authorized for the use of any blockchain related technology including NFTs and other forms of cryptocurrency. Artificial Intellect such as computer-generated works are also NOT authorized for the use of my artworks.

The commission will only be official after the upfront payment has been made.

If the Invoice that was sent hasn't been paid in a week, I will cancel the commission (unless it has been discussed regarding a delay).

I have the right to refund and cancel the commission anytime.

Do not issue a chargeback, you may issue a refund and cancel the commission only if it took more than 6 months with no progress.

In the event of a chargeback, the client will forfeit the ownership and rights of the artwork/s at any stage of progress.

Changing references is alright as long as I haven't started the artwork, Please do ask first if I haven't started yet or not.

I will provide WIP throughout the process. Major changes are only allow in the sketching part. You can ask for minor change in the finishing stages e.g. hues, missing details, etc.

No major changes will be allowed in the finishing stages.

Any further edits will have an additional cost to the overall cost.
